• We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Commercial Growth Manager to join their team.
• The role involves identifying new business opportunities, optimizing sales performance, and implementing innovative marketing strategies to accelerate business expansion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial growth strategies to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
• Drive sales performance by analyzing market trends and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product positioning and value propositions.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Optimize pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales channels.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior management.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial strategy, business growth, or sales management, preferably in the mobile or tech industry.
