Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering calls and directing inquiries.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc / HND in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.

Salary
