Job Title: Senior Human Resources Officer

Job Overview

• Support HR operations by focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR policy administration.
• Act as a primary resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Deliver structured onboarding and orientation programs.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Manage learning initiatives using LMS tools and track training progress.
• Manage employee relations and mediate conflicts effectively.
• Guide HR policies, labor laws, and disciplinary procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports using HRIS.
• Assist in the performance management process.
• Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams for accurate administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years of HR experience in a corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, HRIS, and LMS platforms.
• CIPM Certification is preferred.
