Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Job Summary
- The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding the company’s market presence across the Noth west region.
- The role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring revenue targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the North west region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Ensure effective territory coverage and penetration through structured sales activities.
- Drive sales performance, ensuring revenue and volume targets are met.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Manage and train the sales team within the assigned territory.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Education: BSc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in the mobile or technology industry.
Salary
- Negotiable.
