Elim House Missions is committed to building a community of love and support for missionaries and their families. In our first year, we have established over 40 partnerships andhave the privilege of supporting 20 families.

Job Title: Volunteer Partnership Coordinator

Job Summary

• The Volunteer Partnership Coordinator is essential in connecting the missionary organization with individuals, churches, community organizations, and stakeholders to expand its outreach and support initiatives.
• This role focuses on building relationships, coordinating partnerships, and promoting collaboration to enhance the mission’s goal.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a Partnership Team: Actively seek volunteers who are passionate about supporting missionaries through the organization’s partnership team.
• Develop, Implement, and Monitor a Partnership Strategy for the Organization: Create comprehensive plans for partnerships, identifying target demographics and collaborations to maximize outreach efforts.
• Establishing Community Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with individuals, local churches, mission houses, and faith-based organizations to enhance collaboration and resource sharing.
• Promoting Community Engagement: Coordinate initiatives that encourage participation from congregations and local communities, fostering a culture of service and support for missionaries.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Collect feedback and assess the impact of partnership initiatives to continuously improve outreach efforts and strategies.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field.
• Experience in partnership development, community outreach, or project management, preferably in a missionary or nonprofit context.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse populations and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A genuine passion for supporting missionaries and a commitment to missionary work and faith-inspired values.
• Leadership abilities to inspire and empower volunteers and partners.
