Job Summary

  • The role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations, ensuring efficient office management, coordinating internal processes, and supporting various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory management, and office supplies.
  • Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, and office policies.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel logistics.

Job Requirements

  • Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in administrative support, office management, or a related role, preferably in the technology or mobile industry.

Salary
Negotiable.
