Summary

  • Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team.
  • The role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior executives, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations in a fast-paced mobile technology environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Handle confidential correspondence and communication on behalf of executives.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on key deliverables.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including partners and vendors, to ensure smooth communication.
  • Oversee office operations and support in administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in executive support, administration, or office management, preferably in the technology or mobile industry.

Salary
Negotiable.
