Job Titles: Experienced Chinese Cook & Chinese Cook Assistant
Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos

Job Description
Chinese Cook:
- Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes to perfection
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
- Supervise and train Cook Assistants
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service
Cook Assistant:
- Assist the Chinese Cook in food preparation and cooking
- Learn and master traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Support the kitchen team during peak periods
Requirements
Chinese Cook
- 3+ years of experience in a Chinese kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to lead and train a team
Cook Assistant:
- 1+ year of experience in a kitchen environment
- Willingness to learn and master traditional Chinese cooking techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
