Job Title: Finance / Accounting Manager

Job Summary
- Provide leadership in financial planning, analysis, and reporting. Manage accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and deliver insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
- Develop and manage comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team, including training and development.
- Conduct financial analysis to provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- ICAN/ACCA Certification is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management and accounting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Benefits
- Salary: N450,000 – N500,000 per month.
