Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized In-House Recruiter / Verification Officer to join our growing team at our Yaba office.
- You will be fully responsible for recruiting, verifying, and onboarding delivery agents, ensuring we maintain a trusted, high-quality delivery network.
Responsibilities
- Conduct KYC and Guarantor Verifications for all delivery agent applicants.
- Confirm guarantor information by phone and verify documents for authenticity and accuracy.
- Collect and file guarantor forms, ensuring records are well organized by date and category.
- Handle complete onboarding of riders/drivers, ensuring all required documentation and processes are completed before deployment.
- Maintain accurate records and reports for all recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Conduct field logistics coordination when needed, including planning routes and rider assignments for efficiency.
- Communicate updates and any changes in recruitment procedures to relevant parties (field officers, delivery agents).
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment, KYC, or verification (experience in last-mile logistics companies like Gokada, Max.ng, Jumia, etc. is an advantage).
- Proven experience handling guarantor verification and documentation processes.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Forms, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage field verification and onboarding processes independently.
- Available to work on-site daily at our Yaba office.
- Self-motivated and proactive in managing the recruitment and onboarding process end-to-end.

What We Offer
