Job Title: Marketing & Customer Relations Officer

Description
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Handle customer complaints and feedback
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing materials
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Salary
N150,000 – N200,000 monthly.
